What did We Learn?
- It’s not about what we have, it’s about how much of our heart the Lord has.
- Whether we have little or plenty, we can thank the Lord for it all.
- If we have plenty, let’s be careful not to crowd out the Lord, because He is the one who give us every good and perfect gift.
- Ultimately He is the most important thing in our lives. Without Him, we truly have nothing.
Let's Pray
Dear Heavenly Father,
Guard our hearts from being consumed by having too many things or being envious of what other people have.
Help us remember that it is better to have little and have a relationship with you than have everything we want without you.
Lord help us, especially this Thanksgiving, to be thankful for every good and perfect gift you give to us.
In Jesus’ name we pray,
