Proverbs 2:6-8 - God's Wisdom Is Our Shield

For the Lord gives wisdom;
from his mouth come knowledge and understanding;
he stores up sound wisdom for the upright;
he is a shield to those who walk in integrity,
guarding the paths of justice and watching over the way of his saints.

Dear Lord,
Please help us to do the right thing, even when we just want to give in to the pressure around us.
Give us the strength to hold on to what is true.
Give us integrity and be our shield.
In Jesus' name we pray.
